Daily clock times were not in the FAQ answers we read. The opening ceremony is listed for 26 November 2026 at 17:00.

What to notice

• Merano is a spa town. The promenade along the river is the market’s setting, which makes it quieter in character than Bolzano’s main square.
• The dates match Bolzano’s. The two towns are close enough to do in one day and different enough that you should not.

Unless a sentence names its source, these are specialities associated with the city, not a confirmed menu for 2026. Stall lists change every season.

Getting there

Merano station, then a short walk to the promenade. Trains from Bolzano take well under an hour.
