The season

Monday to Sunday 11:00–22:00, with the exceptions listed on the organiser’s hours block: closed 24 December 2026; 25 and 26 December 12:00–22:00; 31 December 11:00–18:00; 1 January 2027 14:00–22:00; 6 January 11:00–22:00.

What to notice

• Plac Defilad is the large square by the Palace of Culture, not the Old Town. It is a different kind of market from Kraków’s Rynek.
• It runs through Epiphany, which makes it one of the longer published seasons in this guide.

What to eat and drink

Unless a sentence names its source, these are specialities associated with the city, not a confirmed menu for 2026. Stall lists change every season.

• The placeholder text on the homepage is not a menu. Warsaw’s winter food — bigos, mulled beer — is context only.

Planning notes

• Christmas Eve is closed, in the exceptions list.

Metro Centrum is beside Plac Defilad. Warszawa Centralna station is a short walk.
